CALZITALY STYLE WEEK: SOCKS AND ANKLE SOCKS - PART 1

Today we begin the first appointment with Calzitaly Style Week, our fashion column which offers style tips in a week. 

This week our main characters are socks and ankle socks: today we introduce this topic which will be followed by three articles published through the week: the world of socks, style tips for her, style tips for him.

SOCKS AND ANKLE SOCKS: PAINT YOUR DAYS!

If you leaf through the review Cosmopolitan you could run into fashion articles about socks. One of these articles published the results of a scientific study, which confirmed that people who wear colourful socks are more optimist, happy and creative. 

And given that in this period happiness seams disappeared, why don’t dare a bit?

During summer, views about socks are deeply controversial: there are people who cannot even think to cover their feet, and other who could not renounce them, and follows the new trends, painting their feet with the most various patterns.

We are not talking only about women: since fashion trends introduced the discussed “turn-ups”, the choice of the right socks has been getting more and more difficult and more and an increasing number of men want to “be optimistic” and choose patterned socks.

People who don’t want to show their socks, but they have to wear them with their shoes, could opt for invisible shoe liners, really helpful in these cases, and available online for every size, taste and colour. 

People who, instead, love socks and want to show them, have several possibilities, which we will show during this week.

FOR HER: ON A PLAIN DAY

There are women who love plain colours, women who love patterns, women who wear half-calf socks and women who prefer ankle socks. In this article we will give style advices for every woman and every taste.

Let’s begin with plain colour socks, without pattern, but with some particular characteristics which could give a special touch to your outfit.

There’s no accounting for taste, but, if worn with some tricks, can give a chic touch to your outfit.
